Purely Primal – We follow what we would consider to be a Primal/Paleo diet. We’re not strict, but pretty close. Since we like to cook, we decided to start our own blog, posting some recipes using nothing but the best “primal” ingredients. Don’t like to cook? We are hoping to change your mind when you see how easy it can be. We have kids and so we are always looking to make healthy and tasteful meals that they will eat too.
