CrossFit Coach in need!

Recently CrossFit Lake Oswego Coach and CFLO Regional Team athlete Jessica Gale was injured while training for the Games. Coach Jessica had an unfortunate mishap involving the pull-up bar and her teeth while training for the upcoming Regionals last weekend. CrossFit Lake Oswego is currently fundraising to help Coach Jessica with the cost to repair her beautiful smile.

Tommy and Lauren have been great supporters of CrossFit 1850 and now is our opportunity to return their support. Coach Jim will be collecting donations during Friday’s WOD. If you are unable to make it on Friday but would still like to help out please contact Coach Pat or Jim any time next week and we will make sure you donation gets delivered.

I know our athletes will come through with some support for a fellow CrossFit athlete and great person.
