Conditioning
Every 2 minutes, for 30 minutes (3 sets of each)
Station 1 – 400 Meter Row
Station 2 – 30 Stationary Dips
Station 3 – 400 Meter Run or 20 Cal Assault Bike
Station 4 – 15 Hanging Leg Raises (raise legs as high as possible)
Station 5 – 10 Renegade Rows (use a DB weight that is challenging, but 10 reps can be done in no more 3 sets)
(Push-Up, Row Left, Push-Up, Row Right = 1 rep)
