6 – Dumbbell Snatch (3L/3R)
7 – Push-ups
8 – Jumping Lunges (4L/4R)
9 – Kettlebell Swings
10 – DB Box Step Over (5R/5L)
11 – KB Goblet Squats
12 – Ring Rows

Round 2 – 2 DB Power Cleans, 1 DB Deadlift
