Deadlift x 6-8 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Ab-Wheel, Barbell Rollouts or Ab Mat sit ups x 8-10 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Pallof Side Step x 5 reps each side
Rest 60 seconds

Conditioning
AMRAP 10 (complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes)
12 Kettlebell Swings
6 Burpees
