Accessory work 

Three sets of:
Glute Bridge x 20 reps
Rest 30 seconds
Dumbbell Death March x 20 steps (use a DB weight that allows you complete all 20 steps unbroken)
Rest 30 seconds
Supinated-Grip Strict Pull-Ups or Ring Rows x Max Reps (one second pause at top and bottom)
Rest 3 minutes

Conditioning 

AMRAP 12 minutes of…

30 Kettlebell Swings 53/35 pound
20 Alternating Cossack Squats (with KB if possible)
100 Meter Run
