Strength 

Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets of each)

Station 1 –  Deadlift x 8 reps

Station 2 – Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 8 reps each arm

Station 3 – Side Plank Hold – 45 seconds each side

For the DB row and DL use a weight you can hit all 8 reps unbroken for the first round

Conditioning

1000 Meter Row
60 Kettlebell Swings 53/35 lbs
30 Burpees
