Suitcase Deadlifts 3 x 6 each side; as heavy as possible KB

Conditioning

AMRAP 25 minutes

20 HR Push-ups

15 Deadlifts (225lb/155lb)

Single Arm Farmer Carry 50m each side (55lb/44lb) DB or KB
