Deadlift 80% x 3, 85% x 3, 90% for 2 x 1, 93% for 2 x 1 only hit 93% is your feeling solid

KB Suitcase Deadlifts 3 x 6 each side as heavy as possible

Conditioning

5 Rounds for time

10 KB Swings (70lb/53lb)

50 meter shuttle run (down and back 50 meters; 100 meters total)
