Back Squat (Box Squat Optional)

BB Bentover Rows

3 x 10

Conditioning

EMOM 10 minutes

Odd: 20 Jump Squats (Air Squat with a jump at the pot of full extension)

Even: 15 Toes to Bar (If needed, scale to knees lifted to 90 degrees)
