The workout is performed in the same order as the song “The 12 Days of Christmas”. On the first round you complete 1 push press; then the second round 2 hang power cleans and 1 push press; then the third round 3 deadlifts, 2 hang power cleans and 1 push press. Continue this rep pattern until the last round with begins with 12 muscle ups and continues down, until ending at 1 push press. Good luck and Happy Holidays!
