Work up to a 1 Rep max Clean and Jerk

Conditioning 

4 Rounds

20 yard shuttle sprint (20 yards down and back; 40 yards total)

16 Clusters (105/65 lbs  1 Cluster =  1 squat clean + 1 thruster)

4 Rope climbs

12 Burpee box jump over (max height 30/24 inch box)

4 Shoulder to over head (215/105)
