Strength 

EMOM 6 minutes

1 Power Clean – Start at 70% and work up each minute

EMOM 6 minutes

1 Front Squat at 80%

Conditioning 

2 rounds

3 Heavy Clean and Jerks (at about 83% of your 1RM)

5 Burpee jump and touch a target over head at 9/8 inches

50 yard farmer carry as heavy as possible (max of 200/140 in each hand)

Rest 3 minutes
