Strength 

EMOM 6 minutes

1 Power Snatch, start at 70% and work up each minute

Then

Work up to a heavy set of 5 Back Squats; reduce by 10% and complete another set of 5

Lower Body Muscular Imbalance 

4 rounds not for time

10L/10R single leg suitcase deadlifts with a pair of heavy KB/DB

10 yards of walking lunge with a pair of KB/DB

5L/5R box step ups with a pair of KB/DB

Conditioning

4 Rounds

With a 90 second clock

3 Touch and Go Power Snatch (about 75% of your last EMOM snatch)

5 Burpee Box Jumps (max height 30 inches)

Max effort, calorie row with remaining time

Rest 3 minutes
