Strength 

Work up to a heavy 1 Rep Power Snatch, then reduce by 20% and complete 2 x 2 at that weight 

Work up to a heavy 1 Rep Clean and Jerk, then reduce by 20% and complete 2 x 2 at that weight 

Conditioning 

Complete 35 minutes of light rowing, assault bike or ski erg; or any combination for 35 minutes.
