Reduce by 10% for a set of 5, then…

Reduce by 20% for a set of max reps

Upper body Muscular Imbalance 

4 x 10 Push Ups

4 x 10 Dips

4 x 10L/10R Curl to press with heavy DB


2 Rounds

10 Heavy Thrusters (max weight of 185/125)

Rest 1:1


3 Rounds

10 Handstand push ups with a 2-4 inch deficit

15 Wall Balls (20/14 to a 10 foot target)

30 Double Unders

Rest 2 minutes
