Strength 

EMOM 8 minutes

1 Clean and Jerk; start at about 70% and work up each minute, no misses

Then…

Work up to a heavy set of 3 front squat; reduce by 10% and then complete 2 x 3

Conditioning  

3 rounds

3 heavy Clean and Jerks, at about 72 %

5 Burpees with a jump to a 9/8 inch target overhead

100 m sled drag backwards (max weight 100 lbs)

Rest 3 minutes
