Strength

EMOM 6 minutes

1 deadlift with a 5 second pause at the knee, start at 70% and increase every round

Upper body muscular imbalance

4 x 10 handstand push ups

4 x 20 pull apparts with a band

Conditioning 

4 Rounds for time…

10 Deadlifts (max weight 305/205)

Rest 30 seconds

10 Chest to bar pull ups

Rest 30 seconds

2 rope climbs

Rest 30 seconds

10 Ground to overhead (max 165/105)

Rest 3 minutes

Pick a weight you can do each set unbroken
