Strength 

Work up to a heavy set of 6 push presses, then reduce by 10% and complete another set of 6 reps

Upper Body Imbalance 

3 x 10 DB Clean and Press

3 x 2 Rope Climbs

Conditioning 

2 Rounds

10 Heavy Thrusters (max weight 185/125)

Rest 1:1 (If the round of thrusters takes 90 seconds; then rest 90 seconds)

Then…

3 Rounds for time

10 HSPU with a 2-4 inch deficit

15 Wall Balls (20/14 to a 10 foot target)

30 Double Unders

Rest 2 minutes
