10 strict toes to bar

Strength

Clean and Jerk 70% x 2, 80% x 2, 85% x 1, 88% x 1, 90% x 1

Conditioning 

30 Clean and Jerks (Max weight of 165/115)

If you can go heavy on this, but keep the bar moving!
