Power Snatch 70% x 2, 80% x 2, 85% X 1, 88% x 1 and 90% x 1

Work up to a 90% of 1 rep max Back Squat then 80% for 2 x 3

Conditioning

EMOM 10 Minutes

4 Strict Hand Stand Push Ups + 4 Strict Pull Ups
