Muscular Imbalance 

3 sets of 

10L/10R single leg Romanian deadlift 

10L/10R single leg suitcase deadlift from a 4″ deficit 

40 yards two handed farmer’s carry 

Use the same weight KB for all three, on the farmers walk you will need two KB’s

Conditioning 

100 shoulder to overhead (max weight of 125/85)

At the top of every minute complete 5 burpees 

When complete rest 2 minutes and preform 100 meter walking lunge steps
