Work up to a 3 Rep Max Power Snatch then 90% of that for 2 x 3

Work up to a 1 Rep Max Back Squat then 85% of that for 3 reps and 75% for max reps

10 Barbell bent over row with 2 sec pause at the top 

10L/10R Weighted box step ups 

Use a challenging weight but hit each set unbroken, focus on perfect reps.
