We have a new tool at the gym; the ShouldeRok.
This is a great shoulder mobility and strength tool! These are designed and built by Chris Duffin of Kabuki Strength in Clackamas, Oregon.
Below is a great little instructional video for the use of the ShouldeRoK. When loading the ShouldeRoK please use the 2 1/2 pound plates only. A five pound load on the ShouldeRok is more than enough for most athletes.
