Strength 

Work up to 1 rep max Clean and Jerk then 85% for 3 reps and 75% for max rep set

Conditioning

12 Minute AMRAP

3 Bar Muscle Ups (scale with 6 pull ups and 6 dips)

6 Hang Power Clean (max weight of 135/95)

9 Front Squat (Same weight as Power Clean)

12 Ab Mat Sit Ups
