Strength 

Work up to a 3 rep max Bench Press and then with 85% of that one set of 3 + reps

Work up to a 3 rep max with the Dead Lift and then with 90% of that 2 x 3

Conditioning

AMRAP 10 minutes

30 Double Unders

15 Power Snatches (max weight 75/55)
