Strength

Work up to a 2 rep max power snatch and then 90% of that for 2 x 2

Work up to a 3 rep max back squat and then 85% of that for 3 + reps

Conditioning

AMRAP 10 minutes

12 Box Jumps (max height of 24″/20″)

9 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

6 Handstand Push Ups
