Strength 

Bench Press 3 x 5 at 90% of last weeks 5RM 

Deadlift 3 x 5 at 90% of last weeks 5RM 

Conditioning 

4 rounds of 

5 Bar Muscle Ups 

10 Deadlifts (max 225/155)

15 Bar facing over the bar

Sub 5 strict pull ups and 5 strict dips for the Bar MU.
