50 double unders

Handstand Hold practice 30 to 50 second holds

Strength

Work up to a 2 rep max Clean and Jerk then 2 x 2 at 90% of your 2 RM

Conditioning

AMRAP 20 minutes

5 Burpees

10 Hand Release Push Ups

15 Ab Mat sit ups

20 Air Squats
