Not for time 3 sets of 30 double unders followed by 30 second handstand hold (scale both as needed)

Strength

Work up to a 3 Rep Max of Clean and Jerk, then at 90% of your 3RM do 2 sets of 3

Conditioning Test 3:

Run 1 mile for time!
