KettleBell Linear Progression Week 1: Double Bell Complex

This Friday we will start a double kettlebell linear Progression! This program will last 9 weeks with a test on week 9. We will post the progression every Friday for the next 9 weeks. This can be done as part of your warm up every Friday before your workout, it is only 10 minutes long.

Week 1

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 rounds total)

With two kettlebells

7 Double Russian Swings (eye level)

7 Double Kettlebell Cleans

6 Double Kettlebell Clean and Jerks

Pick a manageable weight and use the same weight for the entire 9 weeks. For most athletes 35/26 pounds is a good start.
