This is not for time, rest as needed between sets. The only requirement is doing the sets unbroken. If the weight is too heavy, scale as necessary….but it should be tough.
This was on Comptrain today, a good endurance test so have at it before your next wod. I thought it would be fun for us to throw a group challenge up every month. So try it and throw your name up on the board once you do it.
