WOD 2.26.16

Hey Gang!  Gonna try something a little different than what we’ve done before.  Instead of scheduling the workout for 5pm, what I’m going to do on Fridays from here on out is post a WOD and then whoever wants to do it can do so at their leisure.  Something similar may be done for Mondays and Wednesdays going forward.  We’ll keep you posted.

CrossFit Open Workout 16.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.
