For Load:

1 Heavy Backsquat

10 Moderate Backsquats

1 Heavy Backsquat

20 Moderate Backsquats

1 Heavy Backsquat

30 Moderate Backsquats

Rest 5 Minutes

Then,

Athlete’s Choice:

50 Slamballs for time (10 box jump penalty, for each rest taken, to a 30″/24″ box)

or

50 Burpee Box Jumps for time
