Complete 6 rounds of the complex.

5 x Hang Power Clean (155/105)
7 x Front Squat (155/105)
3 x Push Jerk (155/105)

*Each complex must be completes unbroken. Rest as needed between rounds.
**For every bar drop mid-complex the penalty is 10 burpees to be completed after the workout.
