21 Bar Over Burpees
18 HPC (155/105)

15 HPC (185/115)
15 BOBs
12 HPC (205/125)
12 BOBs
9 HPC (225/135)
9 BOBs

Scale as necessary but keep in mind the hang power cleans should get to where they are on the heavy side as the workout progresses.
