25m Sled Push (90+#70 Kb/45+#53 Kb)
50m Shuttle Run
12 Goblet Squats (70/53)
25m Sled Push

One partner working at a time. One rests while the other works. No pacing! When its your turn to work hit it hard and blast through your rounds.
