20 Min AMRAP
In Groups of three perform the following:
15 Kb Swings (53/35)
15 Push Press (115/75)
15 Air Squats
All three athletes in the group will work at the same time. The first athlete in each group will start with Kb swings. When they are done they will move on to push press and the second athlete will begin Kb swings….and so on till all three athletes are working at the same time. An athlete will not begin the next exercise till the athlete before them is done.
