“The Seven”
7 Rounds for time:
7 Handstand Push-ups
7 Thrusters 135
7 Knees to Elbows
7 Deadlifts 245
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell Swings 70/53
7 Pull-ups

* We are going to do this as a partner WOD.  Athlete #1 does the first set of 7 HSPU, then Athlete #2 does 7 Thrusters, and so on.  So one athlete is always resting until the 7 reps of the next exercise are completed.
