WOD 3.13.15

Compete 6 Rounds of the complex.

5 x Hang Power Clean (185/135)

7 x Front Squat (185/135)

3 x Push Jerk (185/135)

Each round must be completed unbroken. Rest as needed between rounds.

For every bar drop mid-complex the penalty is 10 burpees to be completed after the workout.

Post time for score.
