Row 500 Meters

10 Thrusters (115/85)

10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

* Scale the weight or pull-ups (try to do C2B, just do fewer) as needed.   If you are not getting any rest time during each set of 5 minutes, scale the row to 400 Meters.
