We are having some new hoodies made up this year, for all of our regulars. There is one way to get them…….perform 40 unbroken double unders. A coach will have to count/judge your set of 40.
The best way to get them down is to do 100 every day. It may start out taking you 15-20 minutes; after a week or two, it will take a few minutes. And throwing your rope doesn’t help.
Crossfit is about tackling your weaknesses, not sticking to what you like. Mike Tyson said dedication is doing what you hate to do like you love it. And isn’t he a great role model??
