7 Burpees over the Rower

Row 250 Meters

Max Push Jerks (135/95)

Rest 2 Minutes

** Keep track of your number of Push Jerks for each round.  Try to keep all of your rounds within 2-3 reps of your first round.  Scale to hit 8-10 reps on your first round.
