There are a lot of ways to scale this workout. One good way is to do it as is the first round and go to 95/65 on the second round. We will probably have some folks do 75/55 today. For our newer athletes and those returning to the gym, we will probably have you do just one round. This is a great workout and one hell of a way to start a week. See you tonight.
