For time with a partner:

30 Calorie Row

30 Deadlifts (225/135)

30 Calorie Row

30 Hang Cleans (185/115)

30 Calorie Row

30 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)

30 Calorie Row

Both partners can work at the same time.  Each partner must finish the prescribed number of reps for each movement before their partner can begin.  So, if partner #1 is doing deadlifts and partner #2 is rowing and #2 finishes rowing before #1 finishes their deadlifts, #2 must wait till #1 is finished with their deadlifts before beginning theirs.
