200 M Run

Max Effort Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

3 Minute Clock:

200 M Run

Max Effort Burpees

3 Minute Clock:

200 M Run

Max Effort Dumbbell Goblet Squat

** After each round, rest 1 minute before beginning the next 3 minute period of work.

  1. Thanks OC for posting these. This was a good one, i modified the C2B due to wearing a weight vest to jumping pull-ups but other than that RX. Keep em coming.
