Run 1k

 

You guys are all familiar with Dr. Tabata’s interval protocol…..each exercise will be performed in intervals of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for a total of eight rounds.  Athletes will rest 1 minute between each exercise.  After the final interval of goblet squats athletes will rest for 1 minute before doing the 1k run.
