WOD 7.25.14

Take 12 minutes to work up to a heavy, though not necessarily 1rm, clean and jerk.


“30 yard over-head walk”

With a loaded barbell locked out over-head walk 30 yards without dropping it. You will have seven attempts to work up to the heaviest load possible. You must take the bar from the ground to over-head without any assistance. We will record each attempt and your load.

This a repeat of a workout done at 1850 on 6.01.12.  Let’s see how much stronger we’ve become.

There is no time component to this workout.
