With a partner

3 rounds for time:

18 calorie Row

3 x strict press (135/95)

6 x push press

9 x push jerks

Rest 5 minutes, reduce the weight by 20# and then….

Repeat the above

One partner works at a time.  Each partner will complete 3 rounds of each (the original and then the reduced weight version).  A partner must complete the entire round before the other may begin.  There should be ample rest in between your respective rounds so attack each one with max intensity!!
