With a partner for time……

4 Rounds

10 Front Squat (135/95)                                                                                                           10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)                                                                                             10 Push Press (135/95)

Each partner will perform 4 rounds.  One partner works at a time.  Score is total time for both partners to complete their four rounds.
